Aluminum sand foundry in Brianza

Starting from the customer's design, in collaboration with specialized model makers, we produce the model and any core boxes. Within our department, we take care of casting the molds, from the preliminary production of cores to the final sandblasting phase. We carry out castings in small and medium series, with particular attention to the quality standards of the castings. Automated control of the moisture in the sand ensures the smoothness of the surface. The manual molding department is dedicated to special productions and large-sized pieces. Thermal treatments are performed upon request.
